This program is for married women to help get their marriage back on track. She’s going through a challenging season in her marriage and wants to learn strategies to improve her role as a wife while filling her cup. (Duration: 6 sessions)
Week 1 - Uncover the real issues in your marriage, including those hidden issues.
Week 2 - Identify and take accountability for how your role has contributed to those issues.
Week 3 - Determine what your actual needs are as a wife.
Week 4 - Understand the importance of emotional regulation in your marriage.
Week 5 - Discover the natural enemy of your marriage.
Week 6 - How to recognize changing seasons
Wife Intensive
This level of coaching is for the wife who needs help showing up in her marriage. She doesn’t want a divorce, but she’s frustrated and needs strategies to fight for her marriage confidently. (Duration: 4 sessions)
Week 1 - The power of self-care and self-love. Self-awareness is not optional.
Week 2 - Where is emotional regulations?

Finding Myself
This program is for married or single women who need help finding their purpose. She’s lost her identity and needs help finding herself again. She feels stuck and needs the motivation to move confidently in her season of next. In order to take care of others, you must first take care of yourself. (Duration: 4 sessions)
Week 1 - Identify how mindset, attitude, baggage, and expectations have impacted your personal growth
Week 2 - How to identify your purpose and answer the question, why am I stuck?
Week 3 - The power of affirmations and their role in recognizing your identity.
Week 4 - Moving forward
Balancing Act
We want to normalize the conversation around how to maintain or blend work and life. The goal is to empower women to take the necessary steps to achieve a more balanced life. When you better understand how to equally prioritize the demands of work and the demands of your personal life, you will experience a happier and healthier life. This level of coaching will help women achieve a healthy blend of goals, effectively allowing them to budget their time for maximum impact. (Duration: 5 sessions)
